Recently, I had the pleasure of meeting with the local McDonough Woman’s Club for a financial trivia presentation—yes, trivia! Instead of giving a traditional talk, my assistant, Ashley Hogin, and I created an interactive game designed to make key financial concepts both understandable and enjoyable.
The members jumped right in, tackling questions on budgeting, retirement planning, investing basics, and some of the most common money myths I encounter in my work. The teamwork, laughter, and thoughtful conversations that followed made the session truly memorable.
I’m grateful to the McDonough Woman’s Club for their warm welcome and enthusiasm. It’s always rewarding to see people gain confidence in topics that can sometimes feel overwhelming.
